The vineyard of Château Meyney is planted with 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot on a gravely soil siliceous perfectly drained, ideal conditions for the grapes maturity. The planting is completed 10% Petit Verdot, atypical percentage of Saint-Estèphe, which explains the unique character of the wines where notes of leather and musk regularly develop over time. The wine is ample, fleshy and structured, with high attention to detail. At maturity, it will develop the inimitable charm of the great Saint-Estèphe: complexity, harmony, balance.
