Very intense ruby red color. Nicely expressed varietal aromas with hints of black berry fruit. The palate is weighty, dense and vibrant with complex structure thanks to support of the acidity. Long and lingering with hints of chocolate, coffee and marmalade in the aftertaste. The beautifully handled tannin from the wine and wood blend making Tignanello a very complex, stylish and sophisticated wine.
We bought it by 55euro in Amalfi and drunk through Split and Zardar in Croatia. What a good wine from the beginning to finish. Just too dry for too early drinking.
Had ordered guado al tasso (had orginally had at manuels- felrench wine) and they were out This was an upgrade but i think i like the guado al tasso just as much
Dette skal være den beste vinen polet hadde i butikk til salgs. Har ikke smakt enda, men gleder meg til å prøve denne Italienske vinen 😊
