(2014 Vintage) Fruit is sourced from specifically chosen vineyards in the heartland of the stunning Marlborough region. These sites enjoy excellent ripening conditions for flavour development in sauvignon Blanc. We do our utmost to harvest grapes with maximum flavour and freshness and to retain these throughout the fermentation process. The wine is then sealed with a screw cap, to retain all of its aromatics and fresh fruit characters in the bottle.
