Torbreck Runrig Barossa Valley

Wine Details

Winemaker's Notes

An aromatic, structured and rich wine that draws comparisons to wines from France’s Cote Rotie. Dense and layered notes of ripe red fruit, berries and creme de cassis are nicely framed by hints of smoke and graphite. Firm tannins and lively acidity are nicely featured on the complex and persistent finish.

97 me very distinctive nose of tamarind, unique, gorgeous balance. could have a touch more length and complexity(needs savory in addition to kaleidoscopic fruit flavor)
