Winemaker's Notes

The 2009 Chianti Classico Querciabella floats on the palate with layers of sensual red fruit, flowers and spices. It remains an essentially mid-weight wine graced with exquisite finesse and class, reflecting a stylistic change from some of the bigger vintages of the past. Floral notes reappear on the finish, adding lift and harmony.
