(From 2013 Vintage) Bold, luscious, Juicy and layered with notes of raspberry, cherry, rhubarb, raisin, bubblegum, green bean, dried herbs, mushroom, and cedar. Warm and rich yet beautifully balanced by racy lemony natural acidity.
Out most refined Zinfandel ever captivates the nose with pomegranate, fig, and cranberry. Raspberry jam dominates the mid-palate nuanced by savory butterscotch overtones. Vanilla, white and cayenne peppers, and cinnamon spice makes for a lively finish.
If you are one of those that believe bigger is better, read on. Appropriately named both for its bountiful bouquet of fruit, as well as where the grapes are grown, this full-bodied Zinfandel has plenty of ripe black cherry, plum and spice and is framed by soft tannins and balanced acidity. Zinfandel isn't known as America's most decadent red for nothing.
