(2014 Vintage) Multifaceted flavours of Sauvignon Blanc are revealed upon tasting this wine. From almost savoury notes of sage and green olive to more obviously fruity flavours of ripe quince, rock melon and green fig. There’s a pithy grapefruit texture to the palate that is well balanced by fresh, yet firm acidity and a delicious length, leading onto a clean, fresh finish that persists for some time.
