Pinot Noir

Wine Description

(From 2010 Vintage) Vibrant cherry red in color, the nose exhibits sweet red berry fruit and perfumed floral aromas. The palate is soft, with cranberry and strawberry fruit, and is balanced nicely with spicy toasted oak and fine tannins. The resulting palate has a delicate structure with length and complexity.

Winemaker's Notes

This is one of very, very few Pinot Noirs under $15 that is worth drinking. Ripe Bing cherries, a touch of spice, smooth, velvety mouthfeel, and a long, haunting read more...finish mdash; this is why people spend $30 on Pinot, but you donrsquo;t have to mdash; at least for now.    (hide)
