Complex and textured well beyond what the modest price point would suggest, this is a full-on Shiraz, loaded with plum and black cherry fruit, and with enough tar, coffee and olive to retain your interest sip after sip. It's warm and velvety on the finish.
Slightly dry with warm flavors of berry and spices on the nose. A full body wine with an excellent pairing opportunity, mellow body, and a very smooth finish. Amazing.
give several hours to breathe and open up. very young wine. really get a lot of structure in a couple hours after opening and the fruit settles down.
almost sweet. lingering taste of berry. finishes quite clean, not like other shirazes that tend to be dry with too much tanin
Heavy blackberry jam flavor. Very full bodied and smooth.
quite good and smooth. the extra $7 or so dollars a bottle makes a difference.
dark, deep plum, black cherry, pepper(?!), long lingering harsh finish
very drinkable Shiraz, especially when skiing in Colorado.
Food fruity taste. Nice and even without any acidity.
I enjoyed this wine. will definitely have again.
