(From 2012 Vintage) The 2012 Joel Gott 815 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromatics of roasted blue fruit, sweet blackberry and cherry cola with hints of graham cracker and vanilla. The wine enters with dark, concentrated fruit on the palate, velvety tannins on the mid-palate, followed by a long, vibrant finish.
Solid value wine. Very drinkable. Dark berry fruit and rich. Then some tobacco. May e sour cherry on the back end?
Stromg berry flavor. Good sipping wine. Doesnt need food to bring out the taste.
