(From 2013 Vintage) The Sancerre rosé is vinified ‘grey'. That is to say, pressed after the harvest. The Pinot Noir creates a rosé wine of salmon pink colour, lightly tinted, and possessing plenty of freshness and finesse. It goes well with cold meats, chicken and pork, but can be served throughout a complete meal at a temperature of 8°C.
(From 2010 Vintage) Very pure Sancerre aroma, generous, fresh, without grassy edges. The palate is expansive, then the nervosity makes its appearance and the finish is dry and lipsmackingly good.
