(2011 Vintage) This is the less-known of the 1er crus due to its small surface (7ha); it has a chalky and flinty nose, with pure aromas of fresh herbs, box wood, expressing fresh fruit on the palate, with an intense retro-olfaction, and a spicy, hot-caramel, white-pepper and ginger finish. Maturation of our wines is done in 20% new oak, and the remaining in barrels of one, two or three wines, which allows us to preserve the expression of the terroir specific to each climate.
