(1999 Vintage) Watery white and fragrant to near golden and pungent, with fruit notes in a spectrum from green apple (the Loire) to pineapple and oranges (Australia). Oak ageing is almost de-rigueur, and in the cheapest examples the flavors of oak are often simulated by the addition of wood chips or essence.
Hmmmmmm this is tasty. This wine is elegant. This wine is tasty. This wine is aromatic. This wine is sweet. You must be like it. I want this more more and more. Oh mooo the taste can't leave my tounge. The fragrant can't leave my nose.
Bright crisp with fantastic acidity and layers of stone and slate.
