(2009 Vintage) The Côtes-du-Rhône is made with whole grape clusters that are vinified with traditional methods. The crop is totally de-stemmed and the grapes are placed in a vat where they are gently pressed and pumped over every two days. The juice is then fermented for three weeks in open stainless steel tanks. The tanks are thermo-controlled between 64°F and 82°F.
smooth, drinkable red perfect for an evening on the porch when combined with some smelly cheese.
