I envision this as one of those wines that those lucky French can drive up to the winery and pump out vino from what looks like a gas pump. I'm sure the more sophisticated have a nice little name for it. it's nothing great, but a drinkable wine to wash down an average rice and beef dish (we actually had moose, but we're Alaskans and that's what fills out freezers). It got better with a half hour of air. no surprise there.
