light ruby red color, interesting wine from Alsace region of France. wine decanted for two hours before consumption. on the nose you pick up earthiness, mushrooms, graphite. in addition, hints of raisins, grapefruit and black berries. this wine hits all the right highs for me in a Pinot noir. seriously!!! the finish is really nice. love, love the balance of this wine and elegance. I give this wine 88 + points. this is the little Pinot that could, especially at the price point. the PQR is high ( price-quality relationship).
