(From 2012 Vintage) La Guindalera is dry, aromatic and powdery with slight minerality, wildly distinctive white that is imbued with citric freshness. Aromas of honeycomb, pollen, tagine spices, ripe peach and fresh grape with a stony, permeate the bouquet. On the palette, it is more mineral and less grapey, but the mid palate is still finely scented by lemon, wood-spice, and anise. Despite the complexity of its flavors, it delicately coats the mouth and finishes crisp and fresh. While fruity, the wine is actually fully dry, fine and lingering.
