(2009 Vintage) A burst of intense, rich coffee and chocolate aromas with ripe nuances of mulberry, plum and Maraschino cherries. The sweet aromas of vanilla and banana, typical of Pinotage, follow through on the palate and create with the ripe, luscious tannins a wine ready to be enjoyed.
mild fruit. good overall pinotage with nice coffee nose. better if decanted. Bottle open and served 2nd night was better than first.
soft tannins with a coffee, cocoa finish.
hints of coffee, dark chocolate, cherries
smoked flavor, dark and rich, smooth
great nose, not such a great taste.
echte pinotage, niet mijn smaak
it does have a coffee favor
a bit thin but decent
