(2005 Vintage) A very low yielding vintage and wonderfully warm early summer has delivered a dense, structured, deeply sumptuous, velvet-textured Pinot Noir with great density. This is a serious, cellar worthy Pinot. Opened within the next couple of years, expect to savor the rich cherry stone and delicately spiced, ripe plum characters as they slowly emerge in the glass.     Wine had a slight fizzly aftertaste that gave it a unique texture. Sweet, fresh, and fruity. A hint of bitter finish, but taste got better after letting the wine sit for a while.
