(2006 Vintage) Mmmm, sugar and spice and everything nice! This 90 point wine has aromas of apricots, pears, apples and nutmeg. However, the flavors are bursting with an initial sweetness upon mouth entry and then transition into a kind of holiday spice. Acacia goes fantastically with sea bass, rigatoni with shiitake mushrooms, or even lighter fare such as crab and mango salad.
