Ringbolt Cabernet Sauvignon

Wine Description

(2008 Vintage) A beautifully captured regional statement of dark herbs, leaves and ripe dark-berry fruits here - really distinct, and destined for cedary, claret-like character in time. The palate's supple and even, really charming and flavorsome; handsome, fine tannins sweep along and there's a good whack of violet and cassis through the finish. Nicely done.

It tastes chocolately, gravelly, curranty and pure. It’s got class and grunt, is beautifully balanced and the flavours persist long after you’ve swallowed. Quality wine – fit for a fine Saturday night.
