(2013 Vintage) Handcrafted and cold-fermented in stainless steel to preserve the grape's alluring, fruit-forward aromatics layered with notes of lemongrass and subtle minerality.
Jackson Estates Dijon and Rued clones shoot for spice, floral and the Monterey fruit for Lemon and Lime nose. Barrel fermented in French Oak. $12.99 at Costco. KJ kicks these out consistently year-to-year. Excellent fruit, well-integrated, decent finish and great mouthfeel. Does not excell or disappoint, which is an achievement of itself. It's characterless nature doesn't suit every occasion but if you're bringing a white for dinner, you won't let anyone down with this.
