Wine Description

(2008 Vintage) 2008 showcases both the delicacy of the vintage and Jordan’s smooth, approachable style. The fruit is the focal point in this silky, elegant wine. Elegant aromas of cherries and plums are mirrored in the palate. The mouthfeel is soft and silky, with subtle red and black cherry flavors and a hint of spicy oak from barrel age that complements the fruit tannins.

Great bouquet, but not particularly robust in flavor, although very pleasant to drink w/o food. Didn't stand up that well to the steak, but would certainly drink it again!

(2012 Vintage) Seamless with medium body and attractive aromas of mocha, black currant, spice and sweet herb. The palate is focused with black currant, blueberry and fine, grainy texture.

(2000 Vintage) The fleeting hints of citrus and green apples in this one come and go all too quickly, and, in the absence of any semblance of varietal fruitiness and identifiable richness, the wine turns thin and slightly coarse as it crosses the palate and empties out into a forgettable finish.
