Wine Description

(2008 Vintage) The wine has a nice acidity and the alcohol is in balance, though. The finish is just long enough that it leaves you wanting another sip.

    Un vin très tannique, beaucoup de petits fruits sauvages qui s'apprête bien avec des viandes plus exotiques, comme de l'agneau. Un assemblage très bien réussi de la part des Californiens.
