Wow, grassy, herbaceous, green apple, lemon citrus, not sweet and fruity on the nose. Flavor nice, great balance, lots of different flavors, great balance. reminds me of a Chilean SB. Great stuff, drying, long finish, minerality. Yum. Dianne would like this. Long finish that is citrus-y.

Aromas of lemon, grapefruit and passionfruit, plus touches of fresh green grass, dazzle the olfactory. The German word "giessen" means "to water," an appropriate homophone. The rush of vibrant fruit and lively acidity is enough to quench any wine lover's thirst for layered citrus refreshment. The dry, bracing core finishes very cleanly, with a flourish of light grapefruit.
