Blend of Monastrell (primarily) and Cabernet Sauvignon. Not yet reviewed; 2007 vintage rated 94 points by both Peñín Guide and Rhone Report, which wrote: A similar blend that.s also made in the same style as the '06, the 2007 Bodegas El Nido Jumilla Clio is a full scaled, decadent and hedonistic wine with decidedly polished blackberry and cassis fruit that.s mixed with smoke, vanilla and graphite. Make no mistake about it; this wine is all about sweet, pure fruit. The palate is full bodied and while lavishly textured and rich, is balanced, fresh and remains relatively light in mouth.     This vintage will keep the ball rolling.Deep purple color accompanied by classic aromas of cassis, licorice, espresso roast, chocolate and toasty oak. Broad, intensely flavored, super opulent and very long on the finish. Approachable now, and at its best for the next 10-15years!
