(2011 Vintage) Fresh and intensely concentrated, this wine can be enjoyed young or cellared for several years.
appearance : clear, deep lemon, legs nose: clean, developing, medium+ intensity, toast, hazelnut cream, tropical fruit: passionfruit, kiwi palate: dry, medium acidity, medium+ alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity, kiwi, passionfruit, creamy, mineral, medium length, good quality, can drink now not potential for aging. side notes: not a typical Savignon blanc,go very well with the hard sheep cheese ( spanish albagnca manchego) that i bought.
Doesn't taste much like a Sauvignon Blanc, but delicious. It has a heavier body with a sweeter apple taste.

Planet Grape(2015 Vintage) Clean, fresh, soft and tart with notes of lemon zest, apricot, spring pea, celery and fennel seed.
International Wine Cellar(2006 Vintage) Good pale color. Piquant aromas and flavors of gooseberry, grapefruit, minerals, flowers, mace and nutmeg, plus a resiny nuance. This dense, silky, ripe sauvignon combines generous texture with excellent inner-palate energy. A bit of smoky reduction today suggests that this wine will be better in 2008. Finishes pungent and very long, with palate-saturating material.
