Winemaker's Notes

Fiery, ruby red. Black currants, red cherries with touches of toasted French oak. On the palate, it is smooth, round and potent. Fine and well balanced, the Marques has a long finish.

real mellow and distinctive at the same time. would go great with spicy pasta or heavy meat dish. real nice. makes me want to eat something with a strong flavor like super spicy or super salty.

Very smooth, pleasant bouquet. hints of vanilla and cherry. Finishes well. well rounded, not bold or over spiced. An exceptional wine at a reasonable price.

concentrated, tannic and tight; could use time; would be a good food wine (eg with steak)
