(2008 Vintage) On the nose, there is deep cherry and earth. On the palate, there is excellent weight and balance, with good structure, and substantial depth of fruit. It is a wine that offers immediate pleasure, either on its own, or better yet, in the company of a delicious meal. And though a good choice now and for any night of the week, this Cloudline is a classic Oregon Pinot Noir and can be enjoyed for several years to come. Pinot Noir is well-suited to pair with poultry, beef, fish, ham, lamb and pork. It will play well with creamy sauces, spicy seasonings and may just be one of the world’s most versatile food wines.
Extra soft Pinot Noir taste. not a lot of fruit on the palate. Not much in terms of tannins. Just not an overly exciting wine.
kind of disappointing. drinkable, and fruity but light. little substance. expected more from a 2008 Oregon Pinot.
decent pinot noir with a lot of flavor in the front of your mouth, but very smooth going down
fruity & smooth at first but finish is not clean.
full bodied but light and very cherry
bright, tart, top Oregon growers
