(From 2010 Vintage) Our goal is to deliver balance in our Chardonnay. We want oak and creaminess balanced against bright tropical and citrus fruit. Acidity and texture should be smooth, not sharp or astringent. Ultimately, it should be enjoyable, rich but refreshing. The Cannonball 2010 Sonoma Chardonnay saw 50% French Oak and 85% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation.
