aroma is sweet, reminds me of honeysuckle and pear. flavor is mostly of dark fruit, finish is hard to describe, velvety with tobacco flavor and very mild white pepper.
Very pleasing cabernet, excellent with grilled meats but just fine on its own. Full-flavored without sharpness, just the right amount of tannins.
light for a cab, light on the tannins, when paired with steak it does not cut through the fattiness
smooth. good taste straight from the bottle. like drinking juice
