(Denominación de Origen Controlada / Controlled Place Name) certifies that grapes that give origin to it come from Luján de Cuyo exclusively, one of the most remarkable regions for wine production in Argentina, and that it has been matured in French oak barrels and bottle.
(From 2011 Vintage) Vinification: Traditional method, barreled, 8-day fermentation with native yeast, skin maceration for 18 days and later malolactic fermentation.
Aging in oak: 18 months in French oak containers with quarterly racking. The wine is bottled and stowed in the winery basement.
