Wine Description

(1999 Vintage) The color is light gold with excellent clarity. Intensely flavored cool climate Frankland River fruit and sophisticated wine making techniques have combined to produce this complex full-bodied wine. The nose shows outstanding quince, lemon and melon fruit and fine perfumed French oak, leading to a smooth and richly textured palate with a balanced acid and a long and lingering finish. Serve with lobster or roast poultry.
