Wine Description

(From 2011 Vintage) Aromas of dusty, coffee-ground-flecked, sage-kissed currants with a hint of smoke and menthol lead to a remarkably velvety palate with flavors of black currants, brambly berries, bakers chocolate, kirsch, and charred eucalyptus leaves. The sweetness of the fruit means it’s a pleasure to sip alone, and the structure makes it particularly well-suited to the table.

Inky ruby. Seductively perfumed bouquet of raspberry, cherry-cola, potpourri and smoky minerals. Juicy, sharply focused dark berry flavors are framed by velvety tannins and underscored by tangy minerality. The taut, linear finish leaves bitter cherry and spice notes behind
