(2002 Vintage) The 2002 season provided ideal conditions for Pinot Noir, producing some of the highest quality fruit we have seen in recent vintages. Warm, but not too hot days and cold nights have resulted in vibrant fruit flavours and soft persistent tannins. The 2002 Dashwood Pinot Noir was hand harvested from selected Wairau and Awatere Valley vineyards. Tannin and colour were extracted using traditional hand plunging techniques.
