Wine Description

(2007 Vintage) This unoaked wine has excellent depth, light tannin, ripe, spicy red and black fruit flavors and a long finish. Drink this great value over the next 6 years. David Powells leadership of Torbreck has propelled his wine onto center stage- everything he makes is FABULOUS!

(2008 Vintage) Ruby-red. Black raspberry and blueberry on the nose, with subtle floral and spice qualities adding complexity. Juicy and appealingly sweet, with lively red and dark berry flavors and tangy minerality. Therersquo;s nothing heavy about this wine. The black raspberry note recurs on the focused finish. Livelier than the 2007 and the best version of this bottling Irsquo;ve yet tasted.
