(From 2011 Vintage) A Carmenere of intense colour, in tones of purple red with shades of blue. Its nose is of interesting complexity, with ripe black fruits, black pepper and a toasted touch. In the mouth it is concentrated, with round tannins and good acidity, with a soft finish as a result of its ageing in French oak barrels. > Ideal to accompany roasted or grilled beef ribs. Serve ideally between 16° and 18°C.
(From 2011 Vintage) The grapes comes from Maule Valley (San Clemente appellation) which is located at the foots of Andes mountains in the Southern part of Central Valley. This Carmenere is an expression of our Terroir. Which has a poor soil combined with earth, unsettle rocks, rich in minerals, giving a special mineral flavor well balanced in mouth to the wine. The grapes were harvested with a complete level of maturity to show all their aromatic potential. The production was about 6 ton/ha.
