(2011 Vintage) A Carmenere of intense colour, in tones of purple red with shades of blue. Its nose is of interesting complexity, with ripe black fruits, black pepper and a toasted touch. In the mouth it is concentrated, with round tannins and good acidity, with a soft finish as a result of its ageing in French oak barrels. > Ideal to accompany roasted or grilled beef ribs. Serve ideally between 16° and 18°C.
