Deep plum/ruby to the edge, with a sweet kirsch liqueur-scented nose intermixed with some sandy, loamy soil notes and a bit of pepper and spice, this wine has impeccable purity, texture, and depth in a full-bodied, rather traditionally made style. It should drink nicely for 10-15 years. This is an under-the-radar estate run by the Laget-Royer family.
