(From 2001 Vintage) The 2001 Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc is bursting with flavors of citrus, melon and fresh, sweet grass followed with just a bit of toasty oak. The addition of the Viognier to the blend enhances the aromatics and brings a hint of exotic perfume to the lingering finish.
