GRAPE SOURCE The fruit for this wine was sourced from the Yarra Valley in the Victoria region, one of the most exciting areas for Chardonnay in Australia. VINIFICATION Partial barrel fermentation combined with secondary malolactic fermentation produced a wine with creamy texture and fresh citrus flavors. These flavors were further developed through nine months of aging in French and American oak.
