(2009 Vintage) Rich fruit flavors highlighted with streaks of caramel and toffee get things rolling quickly. Berries and cherries, firm acids, pretty spice and a lingering butterscotch finish.
Light burgundy color, minimal rim variation. Nose or orange, spice box, lacquer, fruit jam, vanilla, oak. Flavors of orange, spice box, oak. Medium-low acids and low tannins. Worked well with hearty chicken soup. Well made but simple.
fantastic with KB an Shishjabob
