This Pinot is clear ruby red in colour with touches of garnet. On the nose red fruits and spices dominate with touches of vanilla, smoky and woody aromas. With age these will develop into more vegetal or animal notes with scents of mushrooms, truffles and forest floor. The complexity of aromas and flavours makes this wine both rich and elegant. It is silky, full-bodied and mellow on the palate with fine, delicate tannins, good acidity and a long, complex finish. (hide)
