2007 Chateau Ste. Michelle Sauvignon Blanc Columbia Valley

Wine Description

(From 2011 Vintage) The nose hints at light oak — a third of the blend spent five months in older French oak — backed by peach, muskmelon, lime and minerality. There’s tasty honeydew melon on the bone-dry entry, followed by baked apple, more lime, slate and cleansing acidity.

Winemaker's Notes

(From 2013 Vintage) The mostly stainless steel fermentation makes this a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. The wine offers bright fruit character of melons and herbs.
