Wine Description

(From 2011 Vintage) 52ha (128 acres) on a clayey-chalky brows dating from the quaternary era. The vines are 35 years old average with a density from 6,500 to 10.000 plants per hectare Yields of 50 hl /ha. Grapes are mostly handpicked and sorted partly manually in the cellar and with optical sorting table. Leaf-plucking & shoot thinning, green harvesting (one grape per cane), laying a permanent or punctual vineyard cover crop, creating large canopy area to allow good aeration, sustainable treatments and amendments

The vines are 35 years old average with a density from 6,500 to 10.000 plants per hectare The harvest took place from September 21st to October 6th 2011. Yields of 50 hl /ha. Grapes are mostly handpicked and sorted partly manually in the cellar and with optical sorting table.
