This pretty, well-crafted effort presents classic Botrytised aromas and flavors of apricot and honey. Balanced expressions of acidity and minerality come together on the crisp and mouthwatering finish.
One of the nice things that's nice about CM's Rieslings is that they aren't over the top. On the nose, you get some expected floral notes accompanied with some crisp tropical notes, maybe some citrus. Crisp acidity adds an almost effervescent quality on the tongue. Lychee? Nice finish. Beautiful with pork.
