Wine Description

(2012 Vintage) hand-picked harvests to perpetrate the family tradition, pneumatic pressing in a bladder press, thermo-regulated fermentation at 18°. 100% of this wine is aged for 8 months in a stainless steel vat to preserve the Sauvignon’s varietal aromas and guarantee exceptional freshness.
