2007 Chateau Cheval Blanc St. Emilion Grand Cru

Winemaker's Notes

Color dark red, purple and good intensity. Great fresh nose, floral and subtle pure, which grows very fruity agitation. Upon entry into the mouth, the wine shows its density. It gently and firmly settled on the tongue and grows very, very fruity, aromatic, oily, fine and subtle, with a medium to full mouth. It continues to melt in the mouth in the second half, and this final royal tannicity. It's very, very good and especially totally incrachable.
