(From 2011 Vintage) An intense and deep ruby red wine that is structured and full of aromas of spices and ripe fruits. Elegant tannins and a smooth mouth-feel round out the wine before a long, complex finish.
(From 2013 Vintage) By hand in 17 kgs plastic boxes. Grape drying: Bunches exposed to the dry winds of the andean foothills until they lose about one third of their weight. Selection: Manual selection of clusters and berries. Maceration: 12 days at 10ºC. Alcoholic Fermentation: With native yeasts during 14-16 days in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 25º and 27ºC. Malolactic Fermentation: In new French oak barriques. Ageing: In new French oak barriques for 12 months.
