(From 2011 Vintage) A polished and refined white assemblage with a multi-layered bouquet and palate that will only increase with time in bottle. Showing an appealing pale gold colour in the glass, this 2013 Stratus White has a bouquet of ripe stone fruit, pineapple, beeswax, warm wood spice, boxwood, and exotically perfumed magnolia flowers. On the palate, the wine shows itself to be creamily textured but with decidedly assertive acidity. Mirroring the nose there is also elements of tropical fruit and a distinctive leesy character. Rich and generous, with years of evolution ahead.
