(2005 Vintage) Winery says: Aromas begin with white peach, pineapple, melon, and tangerine. This 2005 wine also has a very floral, blossomy character about it with pear blossom and honeysuckle tones in particular. The flavor concentration has wonderful intensity and impact in the mouth, with that just right balance between rich viscosity and good acidity. Hmm...sounds good but how does it taste? Anyway, this is a winner.
International Wine CellarRating: 89/100 - As reviewed by International Wine Cellar in Issue 132, May/June 2007 ($27) Pale yellow. Musky aromas of peach, pear, white flowers, quinine, ginger and dusty stone. Fairly rich, oaky sauvignon with a zesty quality to its flavors of lime, peach and mint. Finishes firm, dry and serious.
